Job Description and Requirements:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product success. As Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch analysis and iteration.
  • Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Qualifications And Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Passion for building innovative products that delight customers.
