Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Consultant for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) position. The consultant will play a pivotal role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and contributing to the growth of ProGReC’s product offerings. This is a work-from-office role for all five working days. The 6-month contract offers the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on consultative selling.

Proven experience in lead generation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions is a significant advantage; Should be highly organized with strong attention to detail.

SKILLS

Proactively conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate and qualify leads.

Schedule and facilitate product demonstrations for potential clients.

ROLES

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions and lead details in CRM systems.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
