Job Description
The Inside Sales Intern will support the sales team in lead generation, customer outreach, and maintaining client relationships while learning and developing key skills in sales and customer relationship management. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales processes and strategies, along with training, mentorship, and practical exposure to drive business growth for ProGReC and its products.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn about sales and customer engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Positive attitude with the ability to take initiative. Familiarity with CRM tools or sales concepts is a bonus but not required.
Learn and assist in identifying and generating new sales leads.
Participate in training sessions to understand customer needs and industry trends. Support outreach efforts through emails, calls, and social platforms under guidance.
Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
Observe and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the sales team to learn strategies for achieving targets. Gain hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales processes.
